Effect of Hard Skills and Training on the Performance of State Civil Servants at the Kantor Camat Air Hangat Barat Kabupaten Kerinci. This study aims to determine the influence, amount of Hard Skill and Training on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus. The formulation of the problem posed is: Is there an effect of Hard Skill and Training on the Performance of State Civil Servants? How big is the influence of Hard Skill and Training on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus ?. The discussion is based on the indicators of Hard Skill and Training on the Performance of State Civil Servants, where the results of the research are based on the results of the analysis of the independent variables based on the coefficient table, it is known that the Hard Skill coefficient is positive, namely 80.1% and the training is positive, namely 23.7%. Meanwhile, the t value of Hard Skill is 3,134 with a significance value of 0.005 or t count of 3.134> t table of 2.079. So Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, which means that hard skills have a significant effect on performance. And for the t value of training equal to 2.268 with a significance value of 0.019 or t count 2.268> t table 2.079, then Ho rejected Ha accepted, which means that training has no significant effect on performance.
