Abstract

Impact of Bumdes on Community Welfare in Sungai Bendung Air, Kayu Aro District. This research took place in Bumdes Sungai Bendung Air Village, Kayu Aro District, with the formulation of research problems How is the Impact of Bumdes on Community Welfare of Sungai Bendung Air and what factors influence the Impact of Bumdes on the Welfare of Sungai Bendung Air Community, Kayu Aro District. The research objective was to determine the impact of Bumdes on the Welfare of the Sungai Bendung Air Community in Kayu Aro District. This research took place in Bumdes Sungai Bendung Air, Kayu Aro District and what factors influence the impact of Bumdes on the community welfare of Sungai Bendung Air, Kayu Aro District. This study used a qualitative approach where data were obtained through free field interviews with 9 informants. From the research results, it is known that basically the impact of Bumdes on the Welfare of the Sungai Bendung Air Community, Kayu Aro District. The research objective was to determine the impact of Bumdes on Community Welfare in Sungai Bendung Air, Kecamatan Kayu Aro, to run optimally. Bumdes employees of Sungai Bendung Air Village are able to work with the team in carrying out work and with the establishment of good cooperation, employees can describe work problems into simple parts or tasks / work activities that are easy to solve so that Bumdes increases the work results of employees at Bumdes Sungai Bendung Air Village is right on the goals and objectives of the organization in other words, it is effective and efficient. The work produced by employees is right on the goals and objectives of the organization, which can be seen from the work programs / goals that are well realized and in accordance with predetermined policies. Employees at Bumdes Desa Sungai Bendung Air have good coordination and cooperation at work.
