PENGARUH UPAYA PUSKESMAS DALAM MENANGGULANGI FRAUDTERHADAP PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS TANAH KAMPUNG

Abstract

The Influence of Public Health Center Efforts to Overcome Fraud on Health Services at Tanah Kampung Puskesmas, Nusantara Sakti College of Administrative Sciences (STIA-NUSA).

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Community Health Center Efforts to Overcome Fraud on Health Services at Tanah Kampung Public Health Center. This is to determine the influence of the puskesmas' efforts in overcoming fraud on health services at Tanah Kampung Puskesmas. Quantitative research methods, while the respondents in this study amounted to Thirty people. This study uses the analysis technique of the regression equation Y = 29.348 + 0.328 which means that if there is no effect of the Puskesmas Efforts to Cope with Fraud (X) then the Health Service (Y) is 29.348 and if the Puskesmas Efforts to Tackle Fraud are increased then the Health Service will increase by 0.328 or (32.0%). the result of the coefficient of determination (R2). From the data processing, the determination of R2 value is 0.204 or (20.4%), which means that the variable of puskesmas efforts in dealing with fraud is able to influence health services at the Puskemas Tanah Kampung by 20.4%. performed the t test. Based on the t test, from the regression results it is known that tcount is 4.115 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Referring to the above calculations, it can be decided as follows: where Tcount> Ttable or 4.115> 1.668.
