During the COVID-19 pandemic, there are many restrictions to avoid the spread of the corona virus. Direct contact for the red zone of the spread of the virus is strictly prohibited. However, services must continue, especially in government agencies, services that concern the livelihoods of most people. For this reason, health protocols must be implemented to overcome them. Even when Large-Scale Social Restrictions are implemented, all places where crowds are certain to be closed are temporarily closed, as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Context of Accelerating the Handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). . To find out How to Initiate Excellent Service During the Covid 19 Pandemic At the Kerinci Regency DPRD Office. The approach in this research is qualitative research, because it determines and reports the existing situation according to reality and can measure it. The informants in this study were officials in the Kerinci Regency DPRD office who participated in efforts to initiate public services during the COVID-19 pandemic. From the results of interviews conducted by researchers, they concluded that the Kerinci Regency DPRD office continued to provide public services during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is while still complying with the health protocol in accordance with the government's call to maintain 3M.
