Abstract

The Integrated Police Service Center in implementing the police service function to the community has not been carried out optimally by all service units at the Polres level which are still in their respective functions so that the realization of the mandate of the Perkap has not been fully implemented. In the Competency Analysis of the Central Personnel of the Integrated Police Service (SPKT) of the Kerinci Police in Improving Community Satisfaction. With the aim of research to identify personnel in mastering the administration of services, however, in this study using a qualitative data approach, using data sourced from interviews and literature studies. The results of the study are as follows: 1. the ability of the Central Personnel of the Integrated Police Service at the Kerinci Police in carrying out their duties or work there is still a lack of education and experience of personnel in responding to community reports so that the completion of the report is delayed and late. 2. That the responsibility for personnel is still low in understanding the regulations so that personnel follow directions from superiors. 3. The indicators of participation are the low awareness of officers in understanding the regulations, the lack of SPKT personnel so that the workload is quite large, there are still personnel who do not receive competency training. 4. In indicators of cooperation, having a very optimal role is a team work in service, the role of cooperation in a team is an inseparable part of the ability of leaders to achieve the goals they want to achieve. The factors that influence the Competency Analysis of the Central Personnel of the Integrated Police Service (SPKT) of the Kerinci Police in Improving Community Satisfaction are as follows: 1. The ability factor of the Kerinci police intelligence personnel in carrying out their duties or work is due to low education, lack of training, lack of experience so that services will experience obstacles. 2. The indicator factor of responsibility at the Kerinci police intelligence unit is the low awareness of employees in understanding responsibilities so that they must be controlled by superiors and the lack of good service ethics. 3. The participation factor is certainly a good step to improve progress in handling excellent service, because with community participation it will make it easier and help SPKT management to evaluate performance. teamwork in service, the role of cooperation in the team is an inseparable part of the ability of leaders to achieve the goals they want to achieve.
