Abstract

The Influence of Leadership on Work Discipline of Depati Tujuh Sub-District Office Employees With Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable, Nusantara Sakti College of Administrative Sciences (STIA-NUSA). This study aims to see the influence of leadership on work discipline of the office of the district head of Depati Tujuh with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires which were distributed to all ASN employees at the Depati Tujuh District Head Office, Kerinci Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the Depati Tujuh sub-district office, totaling 21 people, the entire population was used as the research sample. Processing of research results using SPSS version 16 program. The analysis in this study includes Validity Test, Reliability, Normality Test, Multiple Linearity, Hypothesis Testing and Path Analysis Test. Based on calculations using Path Analysis, it can be concluded that tcount < ttable with a value of 1.109 <2.093, so that organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of leadership on work discipline for the office of the sub-district head of Depati Tujuh.
