Title. Transparency of Services at the Kerinci Police Office (Case Study of Transparency of Driver's License Services). As a civil servant and public servant, providing services to the community is to work for the benefit of the community and must meet the demands of quality, quantity and speed of service which continues to experience dynamic changes. This is where the performance of the government apparatus is demanded in providing quality services accompanied by a good quantity of work as well as the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of the apparatus in order to provide maximum service to all people who need services, especially services in managing driving licenses.The formulation of the research problem is, how is transparency Services at the Kerinci Police Office (Case Study of Transparency of Driver's License Services driving). This research uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through field interviews with 6 informants referring to 3 research indicators, namely 1. Service Openness 2. Ease of regulations and procedures 3. Ease of obtaining information. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the answers of the informants described in the results and discussion of the research which was then carried out by the researcher's interpretation. It is known that the Transparency of Services at the Kerinci Police Office (Case Study of Transparency of Driving License Services) from the three research indicators, two indicators that were carried out well, namely for indicators of ease of regulations and procedures and ease of obtaining information, while indicators of service openness have not been implemented optimally. For this reason, the author suggests that the Kerinci Traffic Unit apparatus in the Service of Making a Driving License (SIM), can be improved so that it is more optimal in providing services to the community.
