Abstract

The Effect of Institusional Supervision and Communication on Elements of Work Effectiveness of civil Servant Apparatus (ASN) at the civil Service Police Unit Office Of Sungai penuh City. This study aims to Determine the influence of institusional supervision and ommunication on elements of Work effectiveness of ivil Service Police Sunhgai Penuh City. Respondents in this study were ivil Servans (PNS) totaling 23 people. The analitycal tool used in this research is Multiple Linear Regession by performing Regression test. The result showed that there was apositive and significant influence between Institusionnal Supervision and ommuncation on the elements of The effectiveness of the work of the state ivil service police Unit Office of Sungai penuh City. Work Effectiveness (Y) is 121.7%.Meanwhile, The influence of comunication on the elements of Work Effectiveness is -26,6%. The magnitude of the influence of Simultaneuos Institutional supervision and Communication is 95,1%. Institutional Supervision, Communication and elements of Work Effectiveness.
