Abstract

Analysis of Village Asset Management in an Effort to Improve the Welfare of the Community of Pelayang Raya Village, Sungai Bungkal District, Sungai Full City. This study took place in the village of Pelayang Raya, Sungai Bungkal District, Sungai Penuh City. In this study, there are two objectives, first, to find out how to manage village assets in an effort to improve the welfare of the community in the servant village and what are the inhibiting factors for asset management in the village pelayang raya. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The number of informants in this study found 9 people. Data collection techniques and tools in this study were interviews and documents. The unit of analysis in the form of individuals, social groups, institutions and communities in the analysis of village asset management in an effort to improve the welfare of the people of the village of Pelayang Raya, Sungai Bungkal District, Sungai Penuh City. The results of the study show that the management of village assets in an effort to improve the welfare of the people of the village of Sungai Bungkal,pelayang raya Sungai Penuh has been going well at the planning stage, because it is in accordance with Permendagri No. 1 Article 1 paragraph (7) of 2016. The utilization cannot be said to be maximal because of all the assets owned there is ground the village treasury that cannot be productive. Maintenance has not been well controlled because there is no management structure for fixed assets. Reports are still lacking in socialization from village officials that internal parties always make reports of each type of asset use. In the supervision of the BPD, it has carried out its duties well. In addition, the inhibiting factors in managing village assets in an effort to improve community welfare include, all maintenance is still focused on the village government, there is still a lack of guidance and socialization of assets owned by the community, has not been able to involve the community in accordance with the expertise for asset management. Reporting is unstructured so there are no specific guidelines for assets.
