Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is that it can be seen that the funds disbursed to the Village Government used for the physical development of the Village have increased every year, so in every revenue and expenditure the Village Government must be able to account for each activity program implemented in the form of an Accountability Report that correct and in accordance with established procedures. Accountability and Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) for Village Physical Development, is one solution to the implementation of an accountable and effective goal. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of community participation in Sawahan Koto Majidin village to improve community welfare, to determine the direct effect of community participation on improving community welfare, to determine the direct effect of community participation on the effectiveness of village fund program development, to determine the direct effect of program development effectiveness. village funds on improving community welfare, To determine the effect of community participation on improving community welfare through the effectiveness of village fund program development as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach where the research method uses Path Analysis. From the results of research using this method, it is known that the direct influence of the Community Participation variable through Development Effectiveness is 0.632025, the direct influence of the Community Participation variable on Community Welfare is 0.7056, the direct influence of the Development Effectiveness variable on Community Welfare is 0.62664 , the indirect effect of Community Participation on Community Welfare through Development Effectiveness is 0.4981788.
