Abstract

Education for a nation is a system formed to build human resources as well as become a mirror of civilization in facing the challenges of a growing and more varied era. The results of the study that the high level of trust of the Kerinci district education office employees have implications for various behaviors, such as high integrity, good competence/skills, consistency in the form of being firm in their stance even in risky situations, high loyalty in the form of a desire to always protect, save, obey or obey what is ordered or requested, and full of devotion, as well as openness in the form of a willingness to give full trust and willingness to share ideas and information freely.
