Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of integrity and job satisfaction on performance. either directly or indirectly at the Immigration Office Class III Non TPI Kerinci This research uses quantitative methods, with exogenous variables namely integrity variables (X1), intervening variables job satisfaction (X2), and endogenous variables namely performance (Y). The population of this research is 34 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Immigration Office Class III Non TPI Kerinci. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub structure 1 and sub structure 2. The research findings show that: 1) There is a significant direct effect of integrity on job satisfaction, where the contribution value obtained is 0.753 or 75.3% with a significance of 0.000. 2) There is a direct effect of Integrity on performance significantly, where the contribution value obtained is 0.252 or 25.2% with a significance of 0.000. 3) There is a significant direct effect of Job Satisfaction on performance, where the contribution value obtained is 0.249 or 24.9% with a significance of 0.000. 4) There is an indirect effect of integrity on performance through job satisfaction significantly, where the contribution value obtained is 0.217 or 21.7%
