ANALISIS SWOT PEMBENTUKAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) DI DESA SUNGAI DERAS

Abstract

This research uses descriptive qualitative research with technique purposive sampling as a determinant of research informants. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of SWOT For the  establishment of BUMDes in Sungai Deras Village, it was found that several indicators were formulated in the framework of thinking that influenced the formation of BUMDes in Sungai Deras Village, starting from encouragement and motivation where the community and village government could synergize in efforts to establish BUMDes, all playing an active role and interdependence with each other. Next business potential is the rural economy that is supported by several components that affect in between the availability of land for agriculture and livestock, water supply potential establishment of BUMDes, the potential in the agricultural sector which is the one that plays an important role in economic activity and the next community followed in the livestock sector . This is  followed by the role of human resources and the role of natural resources which are the main components for the  formation of BUMDes in Sungai Deras Village. From the matrix, it SWOT can be seen that the IFAS matrix tends to approach strengths and the EFAS matrix tends to approach opportunities, it can be concluded that the formation of BUMDes in Sungai Deras village has strengths and opportunities for the formation of BUMDes. Then the strategy for establishing BUMDes in Sungai Deras Village uses the SO strategy which is in quadrant I where strategies can be formulated including increasing production in the agricultural sector, Providing Sustainable Assistance for the Establishment and Management of BUMDes, forming legal BUMDes institutions.
