Abstract

Analysis of the Financial Implementation of Village Funds in Supporting Development in Muara Jaya Village in 2019-2020. The purpose of this study is to look at the financial analysis of village funds in supporting development in Muara Jaya village in 2019-2020. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with purposive sampling technique as a determinant of research informants. The results showed that the analysis of the financial implementation of village funds in supporting development in Muara Jaya village in 2019-2020, namely what happened in Muara Jaya Village there were many problems, both in the areas of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and village financial accountability in development. There are still obstacles in village development in Muara Jaya Village, such as the construction of bridges and staak roads in Muara Jaya Village which are still not optimal and have not given satisfaction to the community so that there are still community complaints about the village development provided. The financial accountability of Muara Jaya Village funds in development has not been in accordance with applicable regulations, so it is necessary to study and analyze how the actual finances of village funds are in development in the field and how to solve problems/constraints in the finances of the village funds. So far, the village fund finance in development in Muara Jaya Village is still not effective, as evidenced by the overlap between the community and the village government, due to the lack of cooperation between the village apparatus and the community in village development so that village development is not in line with expectations.
