Abstract

This study aims to conduct a study on the Effect of Performance-Based Employee Income Supplemental System on Service Quality Through Work Targets at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kerinci Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sample in this study came from the community who received services at the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registration Service as many 30 people. The research instrument was the reseaecher himself and collected data through questionnaires and field observations and conducted validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity test and t tests, f tests and intervening significance test.
