Entitled Responsiveness of Waste Management Services at the Environmental Service of Kerinci Regency. This study aims to determine the responsiveness of waste management services. The type of this research is qualitative research, the informants in this research are purposive, collecting data by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, while the validity of the data using source, technique and time triangulation. The results of the study show that the responsiveness of the Kerinci District Environmental Service in waste management services is seen from four dimensions: 1) The speed of service shown by officers/apparatus who have not been maximized in carrying out their duties, the community assesses the alertness and voluntary service of officers in carrying out waste transportation services is still slow to handle, 2 ) The accuracy of serving in carrying out its responsibilities related to the suitability of procedures and duties and collecting waste retribution fees, the Kerinci Regency Environmental Service is considered to be appropriate in carrying out its duties, 3) Accuracy in serving related to the focus and seriousness of officers / apparatus is considered reliable in providing services but has not been maximized in using service tools related to the provision of waste management facilities and infrastructure, and 4) The ability to respond to complaints is basically considered not to have been followed up both in terms of providing access and following involve the community who take part in realizing government programs related to waste management services.
