Analisis Efektivitas Organisasi Dinas Perkebunan dan Perternakan Kabupaten Kerinci. This study uses an approach approach, the data sources are informants, places or locations of archive and document research, data collection techniques used are observation interviews and document analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the Analysis of Organizational Effectiveness in Plantations and Livestocks of Kerinci Regency, Quality of Organizational Work shows that there is a lack of employees and there are some employees who are not guided by the main duties and functions or are not in accordance with the regulations of the Office, Discipline shows that discipline and responsibility among employees and there are some employees who are not guided by the main duties of the service. Job completion and skills indicate a lack of employee skills in doing work and also in determining time constraints to make something or serve something.
