The study is aimed at understanding the cultural implementation of the organization in the context of increased education administration services in the country's high school 5 kerinci, using data collection techniques to conduct live interviews with teachers and employees of business and literature studies by reading documents relating to problems studied for concepts, theories or findings that deal with the subject.Based on the authors' interviews with 10 informers who are the mainstay of several fields across country's high school five inches. The writer noticed that the implementation of organizational culture grows in country's high school 5 kerinci particularly in service, as referring to the value of discrepancies and the value of cooperation between school parties and students creates harmony in teaching activities. Combined with the acceptance of discipline and good cooperation, this results in administration. While performing public service activities, officials are also known for being friendly and courteous when performing duties are indicated by the recognition of many students, and also on the basis of duty officials especially in the field of administration not excluding students from rendering service they earn the same rights in country SMK 5 kerinci.Later the writer also learned that inan effort to create a good organizational culture, the school involves students and students by giving relevant examples to students and students especially in the field of discipline. The advancement of schools is not independent of the discipline and cooperation that resonates in realizing the vision and mission to create qualified human resources. Then coordination continues both with the parents of the student and in the school's internal institutions, in support of both teaching learning and problem solving in country SMK 5 kerinci.
