Abstract

The Role of the National and Political Unity Body of Sungai Penuh City in the Construction of Social and Political Organizations of Community Organizations.The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the National and Political Unity Agency (Kesbangpol) of Sungai Penuh City in carrying out coaching on socio -political organizations, and community organizations. This study uses a type of qualitative research with Purposive Sampling technique as a determinant of research informants. The results showed that the Kesbangpol Agency of Sungai Penuh City conducts community organization coaching by conducting Socialization / Training, coordinating regularly  periodically, empowering NGOs, and supervising NGOs. Then the coaching of Political Parties is the provision of financial assistance programs or grant funds to political parties to carry out political education for members of Political Parties and the community. Forms of Conflict that are the responsibility of Kesbangpol Kota Sungai Penuh are conflicts caused by natural disasters, and conflicts caused by communities / individuals. Kesbangpol Agency of Sungai Penuh City has an Early Community Awareness Forum (FKDM) which consists of 4 types of elements, namely community leaders, customs, religion, and youth. The role of the community in matters of security, peace and order can be expanded through the Early Community Awareness Forum (FKDM) which was formed as an effort to address the needs in accelerating the development of a culture of vigilance in the community. Badan Kesbangpol Kota Sungai Penuh implements ideology, national vision, economic, social, cultural, and religious resilience through socialization, education / training, and supervision, such as counseling, prevention and eradication of drug abuse in the community and schools. In addition, it also provides administrative services and implementation of regional policies in the field of economic, social, cultural, and religious resilience, including the preparation of materials and facilitation of activities in the field of economic, social, and cultural resilience, facilitation of narcotics abuse prevention and facilitation of religious and devout faith, facilitation of national vision activities on the flow of belief in God Almighty and religion, coaching religious leaders, community leaders, and ASN, coaching the Religious Communication Forum (FKUB), controlling community environmental safety, increasing solidarity and social bonds among the community , supervision of the flow of belief in the one true God and religion in society.
