This research was conducted at the Kerinci District Education Office. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of regional autonomy policies and organizational culture on performance. The number of samples set as many as 38 samples using the Quantitative method. As independent variables, namely the implementation of regional autonomy policies and organizational culture, while the dependent variable is performance. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis including the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis using multiple liners can be seen that the variable implementation of regional autonomy policies affects performance by 0.315 (31.5%) and organizational culture affects performance by 0.383 (38.3%). These two variables affect performance and the results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination are known that 0.459 (45.9 %) variation of performance can be explained by the independent variables studied in this study and 54.1% is explained by other factors outside of this discussion.
