Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Institutional Image on the Retention of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kerinci Regency, while the population and sample in this study were 32 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is simple linear regression by performing a regression test, the results of this study indicate that the image of the institution has a significant influence on the retention of the state civil apparatus. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test where the value of tcount > ttable (11,209 > 1,697), while the magnitude of the influence of Institutional Image as evidenced by Rsquare is 0.807 or (80.7%), while the remaining 19.3% is influenced by variables other.
