This study aims to determine the effect of Remuneration and organization
commitment on the Ferformance of members of the Sitinjau Laut Police. Responden
in this Study were Polsek members totaling 17 people. The Analitycal tool used in
this study is Multiple Linear Regression by performing a Regression Test. The
results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between
remunerasion and organization commitment on the performance of members the
Sitinjau Laut Police. From the results of the Analysis of the effect the variable
Remuneration (X1) on Performance (Y), there is an Rsquare (Determination) is
0,880. Rsquare can be called the coefficient of determination which in this case is
88% the contribution of the remuneration variable has an effect on performance.
The result of the analysis of the magnitude of the influence of Organization
ommitment (X2) on Performance (Y) Rsquare determination (KD) is 0,556% of the
contribution of the organizational commitment variable has an effect on the
performance of Polsek members.
