Strategy in Increasing Investment in the Investment and Manpower Office in
Sungai Penuh City. The purpose of this study was to determine the One Stop
Integrated Service Strategy at the Investment Office, One Stop Services and the
Sungai Penuh City Manpower. This study uses qualitative methods by obtaining
data from interviews, observations and direct documentation in the field. The
results of the research carried out can be concluded that the One Stop Integrated
Service Strategy at the Investment Office, One Stop Service and the Sungai Full
City Manpower has not all gone well. This is assessed from the indicators used in
the form of: (1) This good organizational strategy is seen from the linkage of the
vision and mission in the formation of organizational strategy. (2) the program
strategy cannot be said to be good seen from the three programs used, namely direct
services that are in accordance with procedures while online services. (3) the
sourcing support strategy has been running quite well, as seen from the recruitment
of employees according to the procedure. The training is good because it can
increase employee solidarity in providing services. Evaluation is also good because
evaluation can improve the quality of employee performance. The supporting
factors in implementing the strategy are facilities and infrastructure, this can be
seen from the completeness of the facilities in providing services, as well as several
factors that hinder the one-stop integrated service process, namely the lack of
quality human resources seen in the technical team and the lack of socialization
because many people are do not know the process of online service.
