Abstract

Science study program, Nusantara Sakti School of State Administrasion (STIANUSA) Sungai Penuh. Village Goverment Strategies in Improving Public Services
in Villages Kumun Hiir Kecamatan Kumun Debai Kota Sungai Penuh. The purpose
of the study is to determine the Village Government's Strategy in Improving the
Quality of Public Services in Desa Kumun Hilir Kecamatan Kumun Kota Sungai
Penuh.This research uses descriptive qualitative research with the technique of
Snowball Sampling and data collection techniques using interviews and literature,
while the indicators used are based on sources Litjan Poltak Sinambela, dkk (2011
:6) Namely Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Equality of
Rights, and Balance and Obligations .The results of the study indicate that public
services in Desa Kumun Hilir has not been running well or has not been effective,
this is because there is still a lack of supervision from the Village Head and the
Village apparatus Kumun Hilir still don't understand or don't understand about
Undang-Undang Number 25 year 2009 about Public Service. Based on Data
Analysis to achieve the Quality of Public Services or Strategies carried out by the
Village Kumun Hilir Kecamatan Kumun Debai Kota Sungai Penuh by means of the
Village Head must carry out strict supervision of all village apparatus by
evaluating one by one every month on all village apparatus in the village Kumun
Hilir and all village officials in Village government Kumun Hilir to study, explore
and understand Undang-Undang Number 25 year 2009 about Public Service.
