Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct supervision on the success of the village fund program, to determine the influence of leadership on increasing public awareness in paying land and building taxes in the expanse of Rawang sub-district. The research approach used in this research is quantitative. The sample in this study were 30 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained in the study, Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out using statistical testing, namely regression testing which includes tests previously tested with prerequisite tests. By using the computer-assisted SPSS version 16.0 program, the following results were obtained: Y=7.561 +1.705 X From the results of the regression equation above, it can be seen that the regression equation is positive. This can be explained as follows: The constant value (a) is 7.561, meaning that if leadership (X) and public awareness (Y) are considered constant (no change), then the leadership variable is 7.561. The value of b1 = +1.705 X, the "+" sign means that leadership has a positive effect on public awareness.
