This study aims to determine the effect of work culture and information technology on performance. either directly or indirectly at the Ministry of Religion of Sungai Penuh City. This research uses quantitative methods, with exogenous variables, namely work culture (X1), information technology intervening variables (X2), and endogenous variables, namely Performance (Y). The population of this research is all 56 State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) at the Ministry of Religion of Sungai Penuh City. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub structure 1 and sub structure 2. Data collected through questionnaires, research findings shows that: 1) There is a significant direct influence of work culture on information technology, where the contribution value obtained is 0.131 or 13.1% with a significance of 0.000. 2) There is a significant direct influence of information technology on performance, where the contribution value obtained is 0.178 or 17.8% with a significance of 0.000. 3) There is a direct influence of information technology on performance significantly, where the contribution value obtained is 0.291 or 29.1% with a significance of 0.000. 4) There is an indirect influence of work culture on performance through information technology significantly, where the contribution value obtained is 0.083 or 8.3%
