Funds management of Health Operational Aid (BOK) at the Sanggaran Agung Health Center. The purpose of the study was to determine the management of BOK funds at the Sanggaran Agung Health Center. The research approach was a qualitative research. The research was conducted at the Sanggaran Agung Public Health Center, Danau Kerinci. Techniques and data were collected through interviews, reports and documentation. Data collection tools in the form of a list of questions, pencil or pen, paper, and audio recorder. Research informants amounted to three peoples namely the head of the public health center, a responsible of the BOK, and a responsible of the environmental health program. The results of the study indicate that the funds management of BOK at the Sanggaran Agung Public Health Center has been running according to the 2020 BOK management technical guidelines. This means that the management of BOK funds at the Sanggaran Agung Health Center has been carried out properly. However, the reporting section has not been carried out on time because it is supported by qualified human resources. It is recommended to the manager of the BOK program that the human resources involved in managing funds are provided with sufficient material regarding the reporting system.
