Abstract

The performance of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) in protecting, protecting and serving the public; maintaining public order and security (Kamtibmas); enforce the law, tend to get the people's spotlight. The community's evaluation of the National Police's performance is important because the police institution is a public institution. The purpose of this research is to describe the Development of the Integrated Police Service Center Integrity Zone (SPKT) in the East Warm Water Police Station in the Kerinci Regency Legal Area. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, which is a research process and understanding based on methodology that investigates a social phenomenon and human problems. Information services at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) of the East Air Police Station Kerinci Police Region in accordance with the provisions of law Number 14 of 2008 concerning information disclosure, the Indonesian Republic of Indonesia's National Police Chief regulation 2009 regarding procedures for public information disclosure services in the environment Polri, regulation of the head of the Republic of Indonesia National Police Number 16 of 2010 concerning procedures for public information services within the Indonesian National Police.
