Abstract

Revitalization of Police Human Resources for Performance Synergy in the Integrated at the Kerinci Police (Case Study at the Criminal Investigation Unit). With the formulation of the problem, how to revitalize the human resources of the National Police for the synergy of performance in the Integrated at the Kerinci Police (Case Study on the Criminal Research Unit). And the purpose of this research is How to Revitalize the Police Human Resources for Performance Synergy in the Integrated at the Kerinci Police (Case Study on the Criminal Investigation Unit). This research uses a qualitative approach, where the research method is using library research and field research. From the results of research using this method it is known that the Integrated within the Police has been running honestly and transparently. Every member of the police must have a confident and courageous attitude because this can create a sense of security in the community and can solve problems well.
