Abstract

The results of the study indicate that: 1) That the presence of information technology as a supporter at the sub-district office of Air Warm is needed because it helps ease the work of employees in terms of efficiency and effectiveness in completing the work of the sub-district office employees, and each field has a different intensity of use. However, the integration of Presence information technology in the Air Warm sub-district office in each field of work can be judged not to have been 100% maximally achieved. because there are several obstacles in the integration, one of which is in terms of equipment and completeness of the computer as the main device in the use of information technology to support employee performance in carrying out their duties in each field at the sub-district office. 2) The obstacle that currently interferes with the integration of attendance information technology is the number and condition of the available equipment that does not meet the demands of the job. some computer equipment is damaged and some can be used but the functional specifications of the computer are still inadequate. In terms of software, on average, all computers in the sub-district office still use the old operating system and software. Also in terms of hardware, it is considered not feasible because it still uses specifications that are considered old-fashioned. this could later disrupt the smooth working activities of the sub-district office if no updates or upgrades are made in terms of hardware, equipment and software used.
