Abstract

Lack of Socialization Activities on Violence Against Children in Kerinci district, as Well as Limited Methods Used in Socialization so that it Does Not Touch the Layers of Society. The Formulation of The Research Problem is, What are the Obtacles in Preventing violence against Children in Kerinci Regency? The Purpose of The Research is to Find out The efforts or Planning of The Population Control Service, Family Planning, Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection. This Study uses a qualitative Approach Where Data is Obtained Through Interview Guidelines in The Field to 5 Informants Referring to The Research Indicators, Namely 1. Pre-preparation 2. Reinforces The Vision and Mission 3.Assesses The External and Internal Environment 4. Responds to Priorities 5. Monitors and Evaluates. The Results of This Study Indicate That : The Resources are less Supportive, The Employees Themselves Sometimes do not Understand Their Duties Functions Because Their Employees are From other Agencies, Besides That They are Constrained by The Budget. For This Reason, The AuthorSuggests That Employees Should be taken From Those who Understand Chils Protection/ Who Understand Their duties so That The Plans Made can be Carried out Optimally.
