THE EFFECT OF GOVERNMENT AND LABOR EXPENDITURES ON THE GROSS REGIONAL DOMESTIC PRODUCTS OF SUNGAI PENUH CITY

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of government spending and labor on the GRDP of Sungai Penuh City. This study uses an associative quantitative method. The analytical tool in this study is multiple linear regression with the results showed that government spending has no effect on GDRP. This is evidenced by t count < t table or 0.408 < 3.18245. The Labor variable has no effect on the GRDP of Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t count < t table or 1.282 < 3.18245. While the effect on the GRDP of Sungai Penuh City is 40% and the remaining 60% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
