Abstract

The Kerinci District Education Onice and government agency, has employees who hasically have different character. These differences can be influenced by knowledge, skills, attitudes, discipline and other factors. This situation ces differences in the ability of employson to carry out the tasks assigned to them. So that the level of work effectiveness of employees will also vary, in the implementation of tasks and work functions at the Education Office of Kerinci Regency, it can be seen that there is a gap between the expected performince and the actual performance produced. (a) research title Effectiveness of Workload Analysis of Kerinci District Education Office Employees in Mastering Administrative Services, (b) With the aim of research to identify personnel in mastering service administration and create satisfaction. (c) However, this study uses a qualitative data approach, (d) by using data sourced from interviews and literature studies. (e) The results of the study are as follows: 1.
