Abstract

Bureaucratic Reform of the Implementation of Public Services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City. As the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City which provides services to the community, it is required to be able to provide quality services to the community. where it is suspected that the implementation of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City is still lacking and has not been maximized. The formulation of the research problem is, how is the Bureaucratic Reform in the Implementation of Public Services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City? The purpose of this research is to find out the Bureaucratic Reform in the Implementation of Public Services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City. This research uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through field interviews with 9 informants referring to 5 research indicators, namely 1. Time certainty 2. Responsibilities 3. Completeness of facilities and infrastructure .4. Ease of access. 5. Convenience. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the answers of the informants described in the results and discussion of the research which was then carried out by the researcher's interpretation. It is known that the Bureaucratic Reform of the Implementation of Public Services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City, from the five research indicators, three indicators were carried out well, namely for indicators of time certainty, responsibility and ease of access, while indicators of completeness of facilities and infrastructure and comfort have not been implemented optimally. . For this reason, the author suggests that the state civil apparatus of ASN at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City in the implementation of public services can provide maximum service, and can be improved so that the community can obtain maximum service from the City of Sungai Penuh City Population and Civil Registration Service.
