Abstract

The background of this research is assessment of work achievement not yet carriet out in maximal way to increase position promotion, and less of information transparency about position promotion in the company. The purpose of this research is to investigate abaot the The Effect Of Assesment Official Work Achievement Toward Position Promotion at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Pembangunan Kerinci. The kind of this research is descriptive quantitative. The instrument of this research is the researcher himself, and the data collecting technique use quesionnaires, interviews and field observation toward 32 rspondents. That testing used reliabiliy test, T test and coefiseince test with used  SPSS 23 statistics aplication. The esult of this research showed that the Assesment Official Work Achievement has positive and significant influence Toward Position Promotion at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Pembangunan Kerinci .
