Abstract

The Effect of Leadership Quality, Ethics of Personal Morality and Competence, Both Simultaneously and Partially on Public Services at PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Levels in Sungai Penuh City. This research was conducted at PLN ULP Level Office in Sungai Penuh City. Ethic morality and competence in public services at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP level in Sungai Penuh City. The number of samples determined was 16 respondents using quantitative methods. The results of the analysis using multiple Liners can be seen as a variable Leadership Quality affecting public services by 0.259, Personal Ethics Morality affects public services by 0.621 and Competence to increase Public Services by 0.471. 77.3% of variations in Public Services can be reviewed by the independent variables needed in this study and 22.7% are requested by other factors beyond this discussion.
