Abstract

This study took place at the Mayjen HA. Thalib Hospital with the formulation of the problem is how the financially report environmental costs at the Mayjen HA Thalib Hospital?. The purpose of this study is to find out the financial report for environmental costs at the Mayjen HA Thalib Hospital. This study used a qualitative approach where data is obtained through secondary data and structured interviews with 3 informants using interview guidelines which are then analyzed by data triangulation through data reduction, data interpretation and conclusion drawing so as to obtain accurate information. As for the results of the study are: 1). Financial reports for environmental costs for the last 3 years there is a gap in needs for the last 3 years between the total environmental costs by RSUD Mayjen HA. Talib.
