Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of per capita income and community welfare on the regional economy partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in Jambi Province with a time span of 2010-2020. The variables used in this study consisted of income per capita, community welfare (IPM) and regional economy (PDRB ADHK) with a study period of ± 1 month. Partially per capita income (X1) and community welfare (X2) have a positive effect on the regional economy in Jambi Province in 2010-2020, meaning, the better the per capita income (X1) and community welfare (X2), the regional economy in Jambi Province in 2010-2020. 2020 will be even better. Simultaneously, the variables of income per capita (X1) and community welfare (X2) or together have a significant influence on the regional economy in Jambi Province in 2010-2020. The per capita income variable (X1) partially has an influence on the regional economy in Jambi Province in 2010-2020 by 57.78% and the community welfare variable (X2) partially has an influence on the regional economy in Jambi Province in 2010-2020 is 41, 17%. The effect of the variable per capita income (X1) and community welfare (X2) on the regional economy in Jambi Province in 2010-2020 simultaneously is 99.90% and the remaining 0.10% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
