Abstract

The Professionalism Of The State Civil Apparatus In Improving Services At The Sub-District Office Of The Expanse Of Rawang, The City Of Sungai Penuh. This research took place at the subdistrict office of the subdistrict head of the stretch of Rawang, the city of Sungai, filled with the formulation of the problem. How is the professionalism of the state civil apparatus in improving services at the subdistrict office of the subdistrict of Rawang, the city of Sungai Penuh?. The purpose of this study is to find out what should be done to improve services at the subdistrict office of the subdistrict head of the expanse of the village of Sungai Rawang. This study uses a qualitative approach where the data obtained through free field interviews to 6 informants using interview guidelines which are then analyzed by triangulation of data through data reduction, data interpretation and drawing conclusions so as to obtain accurate information.
