PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, ETIKA KERJA DAN KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) PADA KANTOR CAMAT AIR HANGAT BARAT

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of comunication, work ethics and discipline on the work productivity of the State Cipil Apparatus (ASN) at the Air Hangat Barat Sub District Head Office Responden in this Study were all state ipil Apparatus (ASN) at the districs office, totaling 19 people. The Analitycal tool used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression by performing a Regression Test. Based on the coeficient test of full test, itis turn out the F test is 1.083 where theung < t tables or 0,296 < 2.110 than has is rejected, ho is assepted, meaning that there is no significant positive influence between comunication on employee work productivity at the west Air Hangat Barat sub district office. The calculation result for the work ethics variable where theung < table or 0.119 < 2.110 then Ha is rejected, Hois accepted, meaning that there is no significant between work ethics on employee productivity at the Air Hangat Barat Sub District office. For discipline variable, there is a significant positive effect between discipline on the work productivity of employees at the west Air Hangat Barat sub districs office. Based on the F test, it is know that the fatg the value is 52,659 so that it can be decided as follows : where F test futd or 52,659 > 44,513 with a significant level of 0,000 < 0,05. Based on these result it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, Ha is Accepted, which means that together there is a significant positive influence between comunication, Work ethics and discipline on the Work Productivity of employees at the Air Hangat Barat sub district office. The influence of the independence variables, namely comunication, work ethics and discipline on work productivity together is 91,39% while the remaining 8,79% can not examined. The most dominant variables influencing employee work Productivity is Discipline, which is 85,8.
