ANALISIS FUNGSIONAL DPRD DAN BUPATI DALAM PENYUSUNAN PERDA APBD KABUPATEN KERINCI

Abstract

This research is based to find out how the process of drafting regional regulations on APBD in Kerinci Regency and what factors influence the process of drafting APBD regulations in Kerinci Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews or interviews, documentation, focus group discussions, data analysis by collecting data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The interview approach uses interview guidelines with the problems studied and the respondent informants are 5 (five) people consisting of the district government, TAPD, and the Kerinci district DPRD in the Banggar section. The location of this research is the office of the regent of Kerinci and the office of the DPRD of Kerinci Regency. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the analysis of the functional relationship between the DPRD and the Regent in the preparation of the Regional Budget of the Kerinci Regency. It has been effective but has not been maximized when viewed from the indicators used.
