Abstract

Analysis of Electronic Procurement of Goods and Services (LPSE) at the Secretariat daerah of Sungai Penuh City. With the formulation of the problem of how the transparency of the Electronic Procurement of Goods and Services (LPSE) in the Secretariat daerah of Sungai Penuh City.. And the purpose of this research is How transparency of the Electronic Procurement of Goods and Services (LPSE) in the Secretariat daerah of Sungai Penuh City.This research uses a qualitative approach, where the research method is using library research and field research. From the results of research using this method it is known that every information provided to the public is very clear. Electronic systems greatly accelerate the process of procurement because the existence of an electronic system will be able to accelerate and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of workers and facilitate the implementation of procurement of goods / services electronically or online. That the procurement of goods / services electronically is carried out using information technology and transactions electronically in accordance with statutory provisions.
