Abstract

Implementation of Policing Policy for Driving License (SIM) in the Kerinci Traffic Police Unit. This study takes the location of the Kerinci Police Traffic Unit with the formulation of a research problem how is the Implementation of Policy to Control the Driving License (SIM) of the Kerinci Police Traffic Unit. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the policing policy for driving license (SIM) in the Kerinci Police Traffic Unit This study took the location of Kerinci Traffic Police Unit. This study uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through free field interviews with 9 informants. From the results of the study note that the procedure for management / service in the office of SIM Kerlolas Police Precinct Kerinci Police Offices has been created as simple as possible and in accordance with applicable regulations so that people who need a SIM can easily get a SIM and good service. This has led to the practice of a "connection" system. This service is in accordance with the standard time determined by the Office of SIM Traffic Police Traffic Unit in Kerinci . This was confirmed by the informants. But for the service user community who do not understand the situation of the service user queue, they just feel very saturated with the long queue time.
