Abstract

The Effect of Police Member Performance and Service on Community Satisfaction in the General Crime Unit of the Kerinci Police. With the formulation of the problem, is there an influence on the performance of police officers and services on community satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously in the General Crime Unit of the Kerinci Police. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the performance of police officers and services on community satisfaction in the general criminal unit of the Kerinci Police. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the research method is using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of research using this method, it is known that work stress and work quality together have a positive effect on job satisfaction for members of the General Crime Unit and the Criminal Investigation Unit at the Kerinci Police. This is evidenced by the obtained f arithmetic value of 60.730 and f table of 3.25 with a significance of 0.000 therefore f arithmetic > f table (60.730 > 3.25) then with a significance value less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0 ,05). The conclusion of this study is that work performance and work quality together have a positive effect on job satisfaction for members of the General Crime Unit of the Kerinci Police.
