Abstract

Village government strategy in improving administrative services in the downstream pendung village, warm water sub-district, kerinci district. the purpose of this study was to examine village government strategy in improving administrative services in the downstream pendung village, warm water sub-district, kerinci district. This research uses descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling techniques as a determinant of research informant. The resultd showed that the village government’s strategy in administrative services can be said to be running quite well and will further improve the existing administrative services un the downstream pendung village. The resultd showed that the improving human resources, improve village facilities, improve the work discipline of the village apparatus in the downstream village.
