Abstract

The Role Of The Village Head In Managing The Village Market (Case Study In A Small Village, Warm Water Sub-District, Kerinci District). The purpose of this study was to examine  The Role Of The Village Head In Managing The Village Market (Case Study In A Small Village, Warm Water Sub-District, Kerinci District). This research uses descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling techniques as a determinant of research informant. The resultd showed that the role of the village head in managing village markets in influencing, the role of interpersonal and decision marking roles in managing small village markets.
