Abstract
The effect of job stress and work quality on police job satisfaction at the Kerinci Police (Case study at the General Criminal Unit, Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kerinci Police). With the formulation of the problem, is there an effect of work stress and work quality either partially or simultaneously on the job satisfaction of the police at the Kerinci Police (Case study in the General Criminal Unit, Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kerinci Police) and How big is the effect of work stress and work quality either partially or simultaneously job satisfaction of the police at the Kerinci police station (Case study at the General Criminal Unit, Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kerinci Police). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and work quality on police satisfaction at the Kerinci Police (Case Study at the General Criminal Unit, Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kerinci Police) and to see how much influence job stress and work quality partially and simultaneously have on job satisfaction. police at the Kerinci Police (Case study at the General Criminal Unit, Criminal Investigation Unit at the Kerinci Police). This research uses a quantitative approach, where the research method is to use multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of research using this method it is known that Job Stress and Quality of Work together have a positive effect on Job Satisfaction of the members of the General Criminal Unit and the Criminal Investigation Unit at the Kerinci Police. This is evidenced by the calculated f value of 60.730 and f table of 3.25 with a significance of 0.000, therefore f count> f table (60.730> 3.25), so the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0 , 05). The conclusion of this research is that work stress and work quality together have a positive effect on job satisfaction of the members of the General Criminal Unit and the Criminal Investigation Unit at the Kerinci Police.
