Abstract

This research was conducted at the office of the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of Kerinci Regency. The purpose of this study to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of regional financial management and good governance on the performance of the local government of Kerinci Regency. Then, to determine the magnitude of the partial and simultaneous influence between regional financial management and good governance on the performance of the local government of Kerinci Regency. This study used a sample of 64 respondents, using quantitative methods. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study prove that regional financial management and good governance have a significant effect on government performance at the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of Kerinci Regency. As well as Regional Financial Management and Good Gonernance there is no significant effect on Government Performance at the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of Kerinci Regency.
