Abstract
This study aims to conduct a study on the Effect of Understanding and Role of Village Apparatus on Accountability of Village Fund Management in Koto Payang Village, Depati Tujuh District, Kerinci Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sample in this study the authors took all of the population to be used as samples considering the total population was 16. The sample in this study came from the Village Apparatus as many as 10 people including the village head 1 person and BPD members 5 people so the research population was 16 people. The research instrument was the researcher himself and collected data through questionnaires and field observations and conducted instrument tests, normality tests, linearity tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this study have an influence between the understanding and role of village officials on the accountability of village fund management in Koto Payang Village, Depati Tujuh District, Kerinci Regency, both partially and simultaneously. Village Fund Management Accountability will increase if there is a positive influence between understanding and the role of the apparatus village. The influence of the Understanding and Role of Village Apparatus on Village Fund Management Accountability in Koto Payang Village, Depati Tujuh District, Kerinci Regency is 72.6% if together and individually the influence of Village Apparatus Understanding on Village Fund Management Accountability is 41.2%, and the influence of the Role of Village Apparatus on Village Fund Management Accountability is 30.8% and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the research variables. Simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test). Together (simultaneously) the Effect of Understanding and Role of Village Apparatus on Accountability of Village Fund Management in Koto Payang Village, Depati Tujuh District, Kerinci Regency
