IMPLEMENTASI E-GOVERNMENT DI KOTA SUNGAI PENUH

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of e-government in Sungai Penuh city and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of e-government implementation in Sungai Penuh city. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The techniques used in this research are library research and field research. The conclusion of this research is that E-Government support has been implemented in Sungai Penuh City since 2012 and in 2017 the E-Government in Sungai Penuh City which is in charge is the Communication, Information, and Statistics Office (Diskominfo) of Sungai Penuh City along with changes the number of SKPD of Sungai Penuh City Government. This is reinforced by the commitment of the local government as stated in Mayor Regulation No. 12/2013, the capacity of the Sungai Penuh City government to obtain funding sources from the Sungai Penuh City Regional Budget (APBD). The government designs all activities based on strategic plans that have been implemented before, the value of the benefits of E-Government is to increase the transparency of the government to the public by publishing through websites such as publishing news on government activities and publication of financial reports.
